This is my belated Thursday Doors post. This week I’m featuring the United Methodist Church. It is on the Green in the center of town and it has lovely doors and windows all encased in gorgeous stonework.
You can see a little bit of the Green and the traffic in the reflection.
“Thursday Doors is a weekly feature allowing door lovers to come together to admire and share their favorite door photos from around the world.”
Thanks Norm 2.0 for hosting Thursday Doors! I hope you have a beautiful day.
Did you go inside? I love to sit a while in a quiet church.
I took all of my door photos in one snowy afternoon. We have had such strange weather that our snow doesn’t stick for long. My goal was to get all these churches I had been admiring. I have sat for a while in one of them, but not this one. I do love to sit in a quiet church and so many of these have glorious windows, too. I hope to get photos from the inside of some in the spring or summer.
Lovely red doors!
A bit on an unusual choice to have that solid red door in a wall of windows (1st shot), but I do like it.
Nice ones 🙂
