I will be teaching again! I am going to host a monthly coloring club on the Third Thursday of each month at the Seippel Art Center 1605 North Spring Street, Beaver Dam, WI. Cost will be $5 for members and $8 for non-members. I will provide an original coloring page printed on watercolor paper or Bristol paper to be painted or colored. Art supplies and color consultation will be available. Come and lets collaborate to create a piece of art! The first coloring page was this mandala. The small one was colored in with markers and the larger was painted with watercolors. Both were embellished with gel pens.

  1. cool gallery and lovely art !

  2. Just recently, I noticed the number of coloring books for adults in the bookstore – this has really become a trend. Perhaps a way to get quiet and contemplative while still “doing” something?

    • I think the contemplative component is definitely part of it. The people who have been coming to my classes also want to make something beautiful. Thank you for stopping and taking the time to comment. I appreciate it.
